The ONE STAGE PELLETIZER MACHINE  is an economical and ideal pelletizing equipment for customers who have film blowing machines and are looking to recycle waste materials in their factory.The waste material is fed into the ONE STAGE PELLETIZER MACHINE  through the feed port.

Inside the machine, the material is heated and plasticized by the screw. The plasticized material is then extruded from the die head then enter water cooling storage ,final reach to the cutter machine . Cutter machine have fixed knife and moving knife to cut it with small pieces.
